The brief was to create a modern, contemporary office environment for our client METSPACE.
The project involved a complete strip out of existing walls and glass partitions, floors and the entire electric installation.
The new office design scheme was to have a main meeting room, a board room, informal meeting areas, open plan working area for 16 members of staff, coupled with a break out area and kitchen facility for the staff to use and relax in.
The M&E works include: new LED feature lighting, new power distribution, AV connections and new data cabling upgrading to CAT6.
