Senate Bespoke Construction has recently been appointed by our client Kyte Property to provide our fit-out services to what it will soon become their main office in North London.
The brief was to provide functional, manageable and engaging space with an open plan design including private meeting areas to encourage communication and support-focused work.
The office design scheme designed by Whitepaper features a main meeting room, private offices, informal meeting areas, open plan sitting space, coupled with a break out area and kitchen facility for the staff to use and relax in.

Office refit
The brief was to create a modern, contemporary office environment for our client METSPACE.
The project involved a complete strip out of existing walls and glass partitions, floors and the entire electric installation.
The new office design scheme was to have a main meeting room, a board room, informal meeting areas, open plan working area for 16 members of staff, coupled with a break out area and kitchen facility for the staff to use and relax in.
The M&E works include: new LED feature lighting, new power distribution, AV connections and new data cabling upgrading to CAT6.
